Simply attach your action camera to the mount, set the camera to a high frame rate setting and start swinging! We advice using a action camera with at least 120 fps capabilities. The higher the frame rate, the better your slow motion! The captured video has to be reduced to a slower frame rate later to achieve the slow motion effect. The length of the line is adjustable, so you can frame your shot exactly the way you want. The wing is detachable so it’s easy to bring your Fly in a small bag.
